As a Commissioning Engineer, you will play a key role in planning and conducting site inspections, reviewing test procedures, and ensuring that engineering design intent, industry codes, and integrated facility performance are fully met. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct commissioning inspection processes for major construction projects.

Assess test procedures and results to verify compliance with project specifications and industry codes.

Ensure functional and integrated performance of engineering systems within facilities.

Conduct site commissioning inspections with a focus on MEP and green building commissioning.

Review project documentation to ensure compliance with codes and standards.

Monitor installation, submittals, and engineering tools as per project and commissioning guidelines.

Carry out site observations regarding quality of installation.
Qualifications:
-
BSc in Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (preferred).

Minimum 2 years of experience in building commissioning.

Incorporated Engineer status desirable, but not essential.

CSA Grade 3 qualification, desirable but not essential.

Commissioning certifications (BCA, ACG, NEBB) preferred.

LEED GA or LEED AP (BD+C) desirable.

Knowledge of LEED, Estidama, BREEAM, and Mostadam frameworks.
