As a Commissioning Engineer, you will play a key role in planning and conducting site inspections, reviewing test procedures, and ensuring that engineering design intent, industry codes, and integrated facility performance are fully met. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct commissioning inspection processes for major construction projects.

• Assess test procedures and results to verify compliance with project specifications and industry codes.

• Ensure functional and integrated performance of engineering systems within facilities.

• Conduct site commissioning inspections with a focus on MEP and green building commissioning.

• Review project documentation to ensure compliance with codes and standards.

• Monitor installation, submittals, and engineering tools as per project and commissioning guidelines.

• Carry out site observations regarding quality of installation.

Qualifications:

• BSc in Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in building commissioning.

• Incorporated Engineer status desirable, but not essential.

• CSA Grade 3 qualification, desirable but not essential.

• Commissioning certifications (BCA, ACG, NEBB) preferred.

• LEED GA or LEED AP (BD+C) desirable.

• Knowledge of LEED, Estidama, BREEAM, and Mostadam frameworks.
