Groenendijk.WORK is seeking a results-driven, commission-based Sales Agent with hands-on experience using Loxo.co. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys the flexibility of remote work and thrives in a performance-based environment. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business by prospecting clients in the UAE and surrounding regions within the B2B SaaS and Cloud industries.
Key Responsibilities:

Actively identify and acquire new B2B clients.

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., HR Managers, CEOs).

Pitch and promote HR advisory and recruitment services.

Use Loxo.co to manage leads, pipeline, outreach, and follow-ups.

Close deals and achieve sales targets independently.
Requirements:

Proven sales experience in B2B or HR/recruitment services.

Mandatory experience using Loxo.co.

Comfortable working on a 100% commission-based structure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English.
