Job Title: Commission-Based Field Sales

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and energetic Field Sales Executive to represent our specialized wood services—cutting, edge banding, and drilling—to production facilities and carpentry workshops across the UAE. This is a field-based, commission-only role ideal for someone who is confident in B2B sales and passionate about woodworking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site visits to factories and carpentry workshops to promote our services

• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with potential clients

• Understand customer requirements and clearly communicate service benefits

• Generate new leads, follow up actively, and successfully close sales

• Provide regular updates and sales reports to management

Compensation:

• This is a commission-based role only

• No fixed salary is provided

• Commission structure will be explained during the interview

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of wood processing (cutting, edge banding, drilling) is an advantage

• Prior experience in B2B sales, especially in industrial or manufacturing sectors, is preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Must possess a valid UAE driving license and be open to extensive field travel
