Key Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs in food preparation, including mise en place and ingredient organization.

• Support daily kitchen operations across various sections as directed by senior chefs.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in compliance with hotel policies.

• Monitor food stock, control costs, and minimize waste.

• Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation for an exceptional dining experience.

• Collaborate with different kitchen sections to enhance workflow and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of culinary experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural kitchen environment.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Knowledge of basic food hygiene, HACCP, and safety standards.

• High school diploma or culinary certification preferred.

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
