Key Responsibilities

👨‍🍳 Food Preparation & Cooking

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking.

• Follow recipes precisely to maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.

• Work closely with chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

📦 Kitchen Organization & Inventory

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation.

• Assist with inventory management to ensure ingredient availability.

📚 Culinary Growth & Learning

• Actively seek opportunities to learn new culinary skills.

• Stay updated on modern cooking techniques and presentation styles.

Requirements

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar role.
✅ Higher Secondary qualification (Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts is an advantage).
✅ Flexibility to commute between outlets when required.
✅ Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
