Job Title: Commis Baker – Bread Section

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Commis Baker to join our artisan bakery in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation, baking, and finishing of high-quality bread products while ensuring consistency and excellence in every loaf.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Bread Preparation & Baking:

• Assist in baking a variety of bread, including artisan loaves, baguettes, and soft breads.

• Follow recipes and brand standards to ensure consistent quality.

✔ Equipment Handling & Kitchen Operations:

• Operate and maintain ovens, mixers, dough sheeters, and other baking equipment safely and efficiently.

• Assist senior bakers and chefs with daily production and special orders.

✔ Shaping & Decoration:

• Shape, score, and decorate bread with precision and creativity.

• Ensure that all baked goods meet brand presentation standards.

✔ Teamwork & Efficiency:

• Work collaboratively with senior bakers and chefs to fulfill production targets.

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, following food safety regulations.

Job Details:

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
⏳ Employment Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: Up to 1,500 AED (depending on experience & qualifications)
