About the Role:

As a Commis Chef 3 at Atlantis Resorts, you will join a professional kitchen team dedicated to excellence and growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and cooking food according to Atlantis’ high standards and hygiene practices.

• Support senior chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations across various culinary stations.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.

• Follow recipes and portion controls accurately to ensure consistent food quality.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests.

About You:

• 1-2 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in a luxury international hotel environment.

• Passionate about food and eager to grow a culinary career.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a busy kitchen setting.

• Committed to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
