Siemens Energy is seeking a Commercial Project Manager for its Controls and Digitalization division. This role involves overseeing high-profile projects for major clients like DEWA and ADNOC, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery, and fostering strong client relationships. The role includes financial oversight, risk management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial management of projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines

• Monitor financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing

• Identify and mitigate project risks with effective risk management strategies

• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with contracts, legal requirements, and manage disputes

• Drive process improvements and enhance department collaboration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration; advanced degrees or certifications a plus

• 5+ years of experience in commercial project management

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and financial analysis

• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency a plus)

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with financial data interpretation

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
