Build Corp Interiors is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the financial and contractual aspects of our luxury residential construction and fit-out projects in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize project profitability and financial performance.

• Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.

• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and financial risk management, proactively addressing any potential issues.

• Collaborate closely with project managers and teams to align project timelines, cost management, and resource allocation.

• Lead and mentor a team of commercial professionals, providing strategic guidance and professional development.

• Prepare and present financial reports and commercial insights to senior management, highlighting risks and opportunities.

• Maintain a strong database of subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effective procurement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial management within the construction or fit-out industry, specifically in luxury residential projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, financial management, and UAE laws and regulations.

• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

• Proven leadership skills, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.

• Analytical and strategic thinker with a detail-oriented approach to budgeting, cost control, and commercial success.
