Albatha Group is hiring a Commercial Leasing Manager to manage and grow its retail leasing portfolio across the UAE. This strategic role requires deep market insight, relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive occupancy and revenue through effective lease negotiations and tenant management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute leasing plans aligned with business objectives.

• Identify leasing opportunities, initiate contact with prospects, and lead negotiations.

• Maintain strong market awareness of vacancies, tenant mix, and competitor activity.

• Build and manage strong relationships with current and prospective tenants.

• Coordinate unit handovers with Operations, Facilities, and Marketing teams.

• Ensure timely tenant onboarding, compliance with SOPs, and seamless leasing processes.

• Conduct regular property walkthroughs and reviews to anticipate tenant needs.

• Analyze tenant performance and market trends to guide leasing strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields.

• 5+ years of leasing or commercial real estate experience, preferably in malls or property development.

• MBA or PG qualification in Real Estate or Marketing is a plus.

• Proficient in market analysis, financial modeling, and commercial negotiations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage leasing activities efficiently.

• Knowledge of property management, leasing principles, and tenant coordination.

• Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
