Deliveroo, a leading global food and product delivery platform, is seeking a Commercial Executive (UAE National) to join its Dubai office. This role supports the Kuwait business while collaborating closely with the SMB Team Account Managers and the wider commercial team. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage partner operations, data analysis, and growth initiatives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support SMB Account Managers with day-to-day portfolio tasks.

• Execute menu edits, campaign inputs, offer uploads, and ad activations.

• Review partner menus and implement operational improvement sprints.

• Collaborate with Account Managers to analyse data for growth and operational insights.

• Work with segment team leads on strategic initiatives, including data management and progress tracking.

• Engage with ~500 SMB brands to drive advertising and discount programs.

• Identify and communicate solutions to operational challenges.

Requirements:

• Open to UAE Nationals only (UAE passport & Family Book required).

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and formula-based tools.

• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to meet targets independently.

• Experience with Looker or Power BI is an advantage.

• Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
