Alfa Laval, a global leader in engineering innovation, is looking for a Commercial Excellence Manager, MEA in Dubai, UAE. This role is responsible for managing the awareness-to-lead-to-order process, ensuring high-quality customer data utilization, and crafting commercial strategies to drive business growth. The candidate will act as the local CRM ambassador and champion Alfa Laval’s commercial excellence and customer experience initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute local strategy and roadmap for commercial excellence.
-
Act as the primary local representative in global CRM-related topics and data quality efforts.
-
Drive customer data activation to craft commercial strategies that enhance business generation.
-
Lead customer experience efforts and ensure alignment with the cluster strategy.
-
Plan and execute commercial support activities based on marketing plan priorities.
-
Engage the local organization on key CRM processes (lead, opportunity, contact, and account management).
-
Collect and prioritize local CRM and data visualization needs to support IT development.
-
Ensure continuous data quality improvements in line with local and global requirements.
-
Translate customer and commercial data into insights that support sales company transformation.
-
Ensure smooth customer feedback processes and drive local strategic initiatives for improved customer experience.
-
Support customer segmentation efforts and ensure local progress.
-
Design, activate, and oversee all Commercial Excellence priorities and activities.
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
-
Strong knowledge of CRM systems, ERPs, and IT ecosystems.
-
5+ years of experience in commercial excellence, sales, or marketing roles.
-
Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.
-
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
-
Strong business acumen with experience in customer journey management.
-
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience in funnel management, customer experience management, and customer segmentation.
-
Strong decision-making abilities, with the confidence to drive initiatives forward.
-
Ability to build and leverage networks both inside and outside the organization.
-
Proven leadership skills with a focus on accountability and performance improvement.
