The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, conducting site visits, analyzing project requirements, and assisting in the bidding process. The role involves collaborating with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure accurate and competitive estimates while staying updated with industry trends and pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Prepare detailed cost estimates and analyze project requirements.
🔹 Conduct site visits to gather essential data for estimation.
🔹 Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure accuracy.
🔹 Keep up-to-date with market trends, material costs, and pricing structures.
🔹 Use estimation software and tools for precise calculations.
🔹 Work closely with project teams to ensure project feasibility.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
✔ Proficiency in cost estimation, bidding, and project analysis.
✔ Strong knowledge of estimation software & tools.
✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
✔ Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.
✔ Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
