Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Commercial Director to lead our commercial operations and drive business growth across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, market expansion, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve high-impact commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to grow the company’s customer base and expand market share across the UAE.

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue channels to support sustainable growth.

• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to inform pricing strategies and refine the product and service portfolio.

• Lead and manage the commercial department, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure high operational performance and financial success.

• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing training, mentorship, and support to drive continuous improvement, motivation, and professionalism.

• Collaborate with the executive team to align commercial strategies with broader organizational goals and ensure long-term profitability and market relevance.

• Drive operational efficiency by integrating data-driven decision-making into all areas of commercial management.

• Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing and inspiring cross-functional teams to achieve commercial goals in a dynamic environment.

• Negotiation & Communication: Proven track record in leading high-stakes negotiations and securing favorable partnerships and contracts.

• Market Insight: Deep understanding of local and regional market dynamics, including competitor analysis and customer segmentation.

• Financial Acumen: Proficient in commercial budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis with a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in a senior commercial or business development role.
