Ebury, a global fintech leader, is hiring a Commercial Analyst to optimize revenue, improve sales processes, and drive business growth in the Middle East & Africa region. The role involves data analysis, market research, sales forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
📊 Revenue & Sales Optimization:
- Work with MD, Middle East & Africa to develop revenue-generation strategies.
- Analyze and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency.
📈 Data Analysis & Market Research:
- Track key revenue metrics and develop reports & dashboards.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights.
🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration & Tech Implementation:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams.
- Implement CRM, sales automation, and data analytics tools to optimize operations.
Job Requirements:
🎓 Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Finance.
- 3+ years of experience in revenue/sales operations, ideally in fintech or financial services.
💡 Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) & data visualization tools.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with forecasting & planning.
