Almoutaimn Payments Services is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage and recover overdue payments from clients in Dubai. The role involves client communication, debt tracing, preparing settlement plans, and ensuring compliance with UAE debt recovery laws.
Key Responsibilities:

Contact clients to discuss overdue payments and negotiate settlements.

Gather and assemble necessary supporting documentation for collections.

Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress.

Explain legal obligations to debtors and recommend appropriate legal action when necessary.

Trace debtors via social media and liaise with police stations when required.

Issue notices for late or outstanding accounts.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE market.

Strong knowledge of UAE debt recovery laws and legal procedures.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Arabic proficiency preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and reporting tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to handle sensitive financial matters professionally and work under pressure.
