Position: Collection Officer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: UAE
Salary: AED 2,500 – 4,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to follow up on outstanding payments.

• Ensure timely collections and resolve payment discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and payment statuses.

• Meet performance targets and deadlines as communicated.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in collections.

• Knowledge of legal regulations related to debt collection.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
