Neobooks is a startup at the MVP stage, building an end-to-end accounting solution for freelancers and small business owners in the UAE. We are looking for a Cofounder with an accounting background to join our team in a non-paid role. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to business development efforts.

✅ Oversee financial planning, record-keeping, and regulatory compliance.
✅ Participate in company strategy development and decision-making.
✅ Provide financial insights and analysis to drive business growth.

✅ Conduct market research and competitor analysis for informed strategy.
✅ Work independently and remotely to support the startup’s growth.

• Expertise in UAE accounting standards and regulations.
