Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Coffee Shop Supervisor to join a premium bakery brand in Dubai. This role involves managing the daily operations of the coffee shop, maintaining high-quality beverage standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the coffee shop to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow

• Lead and support team members in delivering top-tier customer service

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of coffee and beverages, ensuring consistency and quality

• Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, condiments, and other supplies; assist in stock ordering and management

• Ensure the coffee station and dining areas are clean and hygienic, adhering to health and safety regulations

• Train and mentor new staff as needed to maintain brand standards

Job Details:

• Position Title: Coffee Shop Supervisor

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Salary: Up to AED 4,000 all-inclusive (based on experience and qualifications)
