Food Empire Middle East, a global branding company in the F&B sector operating in over 50 countries, is seeking a Coffee Promoter to join their Dubai team. The company specializes in a wide range of beverages, including coffee mixes, cappuccinos, chocolate drinks, fruit teas, and more, with proprietary brands like MacCoffee, Petrovskaya Sloboda, Klassno, Hyson, OrienBites, and Kracks. Recognized for its strong brand presence and market impact, Food Empire aims to provide high-quality products that positively impact consumers’ lives.

The Coffee Promoter will engage with customers, promote coffee products, conduct demonstrations, and collaborate with the sales team to enhance brand awareness. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Food Empire coffee products to customers

• Conduct product demonstrations and tastings

• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies

• Provide product training to new sales staff and customers

• Support brand awareness initiatives through engagement and outreach

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proven sales experience and marketing knowledge

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

• Experience in product training is a plus

• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
