Outlier is seeking talented Arabic-speaking coding experts based in the UAE to contribute to cutting-edge AI model training. This is a remote, freelance opportunity with flexible hours, ideal for experienced software engineers and computer science graduates fluent in Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to training generative AI by crafting and answering coding-related questions

• Evaluate and rank code generated by AI systems

• Ensure high quality in grammar, style, and technical accuracy when working with AI output

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Verilog

• Bachelor’s degree or enrollment in a recognized Computer Science program (higher degrees preferred)

• Strong command of Arabic and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly

• Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and analytical skills

• No prior AI experience required

Payment and Contract Terms:

• Pay rate: $25 to $50 USD per hour (depending on qualifications and project scope)
