Outlier seeks UAE-based, Arabic-speaking coding experts to train next-generation AI models. This remote freelance role allows flexibility, ideal for software engineers or computer science graduates fluent in Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and answer computer science questions to train generative AI

• Evaluate and rank code written by AI models

• Review model-generated content with precision in grammar and logic

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in one or more: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Swift, Verilog

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field

• Strong Arabic communication skills, especially in technical explanation

• Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, and written skills

• No prior AI experience required

Compensation:

• Pay: $25–$50 USD per hour (depending on qualifications and project)
