Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic growth and expansion across the GCC market

• Build and manage partnerships and business development pipelines

• Drive digital marketing, sales, and operational functions

• Contribute capital investment and assume leadership responsibilities

• Collaborate on long-term vision and scaling of the agency in the Middle East

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience or strong network in UAE/Gulf region

• Background in digital marketing, business operations, or sales

• Entrepreneurial mindset with investment capability

• Deep understanding of regional digital trends and business culture

• Strong leadership, communication, and strategy-building skills
