Key Responsibilities:

• Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy for MENA with a focus on Arabic-first sales and partnerships.

• Drive revenue growth by converting pilot projects into enterprise contracts (target: $500K ARR in 12 months).

• Secure partnerships with cloud providers, resellers, and enterprise clients.

• Lead fundraising efforts (pre-seed/seed rounds) and investor engagement.

• Build and manage sales and business development teams.

Qualifications:

• Must-Have:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales/growth experience in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software.

  • Proven success in closing $100K+ enterprise deals within MENA.

  • Fluency in Arabic and English.

  • Deep understanding of UAE/KSA markets.

• Preferred:

  • Experience in government/enterprise procurement cycles.

  • Strong investor network in the regional tech ecosystem.

  • Ability to invest ($50K–$250K) for higher equity stakes (optional but preferred).
