Job Title:  Cnc Machine Operator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Cnc Machine Operator in Dubai to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines for high-quality panel production. The role requires expertise in technical drawings, machine adjustments, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ CNC Machine Operation & Maintenance

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines for panel production.
• Ensure machines are utilized efficiently based on work orders.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting.

✅ Technical Drawing & Cutting Lists

• Interpret and convert technical drawings into production drawings and cutting lists.
• Adjust machine settings as per job requirements.

✅ Edge Binding, Boring & Beam Saw Operations

• Must have expertise in Edge Binding, Boring, and Beam Saw.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto machines.

✅ Quality Control & Inspection

• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Maintain attention to detail and precision in production.

Requirements:

✔ Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in CNC operation.
• Strong knowledge of Edge Binding, Boring, and Beam Saw.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain CNC machinery.

✔ Work Ethic & Efficiency

• Ability to work efficiently according to work schedules.
• Strong focus on quality control and precision.
