JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Cluster Program Management Head to lead and oversee real estate-related strategic initiatives across the Middle East and Africa. This role requires a strong leader with expertise in corporate real estate, financial planning, and stakeholder management to drive best-in-class real estate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Program Management & Leadership:

✅ Act as the central point of coordination for all major real estate projects across the Middle East and Africa.
✅ Collaborate with Business Support Managers (BSMs), LOB leads, and Senior Control Officers (SCOs) to align real estate strategy with business needs.
✅ Lead client reporting, change management, and strategic communications related to real estate projects.

Real Estate & Portfolio Strategy:

✔ Support the development of real estate and portfolio strategies through client engagement and analysis of business workspace needs.
✔ Conduct workspace utilization analysis, seat planning, and footfall analysis to optimize real estate efficiency.
✔ Represent GRE in country management committees and forums to align real estate initiatives with business objectives.

Operational & Financial Oversight:

✔ Work with property management teams to ensure hospitality-driven, user-focused service delivery for business clients.
✔ Oversee project execution, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality real estate developments.
✔ Collaborate with finance and functional leads to develop operational and capital budgets, financial reporting, and cost optimization strategies.

Talent & Vendor Management:

✔ Develop resourcing plans, retention strategies, and talent attraction initiatives for the program management team.
✔ Advise internal teams on resource allocation and manage vendor partnerships to achieve program goals efficiently.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
