Position Overview:

Quest Search and Selection is hiring a dynamic Cluster Manager – F&B to lead the premium food and beverage operations across multiple VIP airport lounges in Dubai. This full-time leadership role is ideal for an experienced hospitality professional who excels in luxury service delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead F&B operations across several VIP airport lounges (FBOs), ensuring consistent luxury standards in service and cuisine

• Manage the entire F&B lifecycle—from curated menu planning and supplier coordination to service execution and team training

• Collaborate with culinary, procurement, and hospitality teams to deliver bespoke culinary experiences that reflect global aviation luxury standards

• Ensure high performance across all touchpoints by managing budgets, compliance, health & safety, guest satisfaction, and innovation

• Elevate the brand reputation by introducing high-end, creative meal and beverage concepts, including personalized menu offerings and high-tea services

• Review guest feedback and continuously optimize service delivery and culinary excellence across all lounge locations

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing F&B operations in airport lounges or luxury hospitality environments

• Strong background in designing and executing custom menus and high-end food & beverage offerings

• Demonstrated creativity in food concept development, with experience in implementing high-tea services

• Deep understanding of international service standards and luxury dining expectations

• Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills, with the ability to drive excellence across multi-site teams
