IHG Hotels & Resorts, the world’s largest family of luxury hotels, is seeking a dedicated Club Lounge Attendant for their prestigious InterContinental Dubai Marina Hotel & Residences. This five-star luxury hotel boasts 328 rooms, residence suites, flexible event spaces, and multiple dining venues, with an international team representing over 30 languages and countries.

As a Club Lounge Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering warm, sophisticated, and personalized guest experiences. You will maintain the ambiance and presentation of the Club Lounge, provide food and beverage service during various daily periods, and proactively anticipate guest needs to enhance their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome all Club InterContinental guests with professionalism.

• Serve food and beverages during breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails in line with IHG service standards.

• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance of the Club Lounge at all times.

• Anticipate and respond to guest needs with tailored assistance and recommendations.

• Manage guest requests, feedback, and complaints, escalating when needed.

• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless guest service.

• Assist with concierge services including reservations, transportation, and general information.

• Keep updated on VIP arrivals, guest preferences, and special occasions.

• Uphold the InterContinental brand standards and maintain guest confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Previous guest-facing experience, preferably in luxury hotels or lounge environments.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for exceptional service.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette and hygiene standards.
