Job Purpose:

Acronis is looking for a Cloud Partner Success Manager (PSM) in the Middle East to drive partner revenue growth, adoption of cybersecurity services, and customer retention. This remote, full-time role requires a sales-driven professional with a passion for cybersecurity, data protection, and cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify top potential partners through territory analysis and planning.
• Drive quarter-over-quarter cloud revenue growth with assigned partners.
• Work closely with Cloud Distributors to enhance channel enablement.
• Train new partners on Acronis products and services.
• Help partners sell, retain, and attract new customers using Acronis solutions.
• Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations.
• Engage Acronis presales and technical support teams to support partners.
• Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives to increase new service adoption.
• Prevent churn and enhance partner satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Minimum Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in software sales, channel sales, or partner account management.
• Strong knowledge of cloud market business models and partner lifecycle management.
• Expertise in cybersecurity concepts (threat detection, incident response, compliance).
• Excellent presentation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Fluent in English & Arabic (mandatory).

✅ Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and cloud service providers.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and cloud-based data protection solutions.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth in the cloud security sector.
