Amazon Web Services (AWS) is hiring a Cloud Operations Architect in Dubai, UAE to drive customer adoption of AWS services and ensure operational excellence. This role involves providing technical guidance, solution consulting, and customer advocacy while collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while optimizing cost and complexity.
✅ Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and challenges.
✅ Lead technical discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
✅ Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, and Sales Teams.
✅ Identify opportunities for customers to maximize AWS value.
✅ Provide detailed reviews of service events, performance metrics, and pre-launch planning.
✅ Assist customers in migrating workloads to the AWS cloud.

Eligibility Criteria:

🔹 Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data, analytics, security, or application development.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS services or other cloud platforms.
• Background in internal enterprise or external customer-facing technical roles.
• UAE Citizen (Emirati) preferred.
