Job Title: Cloud Kitchen Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Kitchen Manager to oversee the launch and operations of a new cloud kitchen in the UAE. This role is critical for managing all aspects of the cloud kitchen, from day-to-day operations to vendor relationships and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in setting up and managing cloud kitchens in the UAE, with expertise in vendor negotiations, delivery partnerships, and developing marketing strategies tailored to the food delivery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the opening of a new cloud kitchen, including setting up operations, kitchen design, and team hiring.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the cloud kitchen, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and adherence to food safety regulations.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with major food delivery platforms such as Talabat, Noon, Zomato, and other relevant UAE platforms to maximize delivery reach and sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, creating a reliable vendor list and ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of kitchen supplies.
• Implement and oversee marketing initiatives to promote the cloud kitchen, including online promotions, partnerships, and social media campaigns.
• Monitor kitchen performance, analyze sales trends, and implement continuous improvements in both service quality and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination between kitchen staff, delivery operations, and customer service.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in opening and managing cloud kitchens in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the food delivery ecosystem in the UAE, with established relationships with delivery platforms such as Talabat, Noon, Zomato, etc.
• Expertise in negotiating contracts with food suppliers and delivery companies.
• Strong understanding of cloud kitchen operations and marketing strategies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
