Job Description:

We are seeking a Cloud Kitchen Operations Manager to launch and oversee the entire operations of a new cloud kitchen in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in setting up, managing, and scaling cloud kitchen operations, with a strong network in the UAE’s food delivery and supplier ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and manage a cloud kitchen, overseeing daily operations for efficiency and profitability.

• Negotiate and finalize contracts with major food delivery platforms (Talabat, Noon, Zomato, and others).

• Develop supplier relationships and build a strong vendor list for kitchen operations.

• Implement strategic marketing plans to drive orders and brand visibility in the cloud kitchen space.

• Ensure compliance with UAE food safety and operational regulations.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ Proven experience in opening and managing a cloud kitchen in the UAE.
✅ Strong negotiation skills with food delivery companies and suppliers.
✅ Expertise in cloud kitchen marketing and driving online food sales.
✅ Ability to optimize kitchen workflows, costs, and delivery logistics.
