Sara Ariadna is seeking an empathetic and extroverted CLOSER to join their fitness company specializing in online nutrition and training services. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, basic fitness knowledge, and excellent communication skills to convert leads into clients and manage renewals. This is a fully remote role offering competitive commissions and bonuses for successful closures.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct video calls with potential leads to sell online fitness advisory services.

• Maintain CRM records of contacted clients, successful closures, and lost opportunities.

• Conduct follow-up video calls with existing clients for subscription or service renewals.

• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be from Spain (mandatory).

• Proven experience in high/medium ticket sales or closing deals.

• Strong communication skills and professional vocabulary.

• Basic fitness knowledge and empathy for clients’ needs.

• Proficient in Excel and CRM tools.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.

• Familiarity with Canva, WhatsApp, CapCut, Adobe tools, and Airtable is a plus.

• Candidates are encouraged to submit previous recorded sales calls for faster consideration.
