Medacs Healthcare is hiring a Clinical Social Worker for a well-established hospital in Abu Dhabi. The hospital has a 364-bed capacity (expandable to 490) and provides comprehensive medical care across multiple specialties. The role requires candidates with experience in managing complex cases in relevant hospital wards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychosocial support to patients and families facing medical challenges.

• Assess patients’ social, emotional, and financial needs to develop care plans.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure well-being.

• Assist patients in accessing community resources and support networks.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and care plans.

Requirements:

• BSc Degree in Social Work and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, or Europe.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in an appropriate hospital setting.
