SEHA, Abu Dhabi’s largest healthcare network, is seeking a Clinical Psychologist for SAKINA, specializing in independent psychological assessment and intervention. The role involves providing consultative services, risk management planning, and psychological interventions for individuals, families, and groups.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Provide specialist psychological consultations within areas of expertise.

• Deliver individual, family, and group psychological interventions, refining psychological formulations.

• Develop psychosocial risk management plans for assigned cases.

• Guide treatment decisions, considering therapeutic models and patient history.

• Offer consultations and psychological support to multi-disciplinary teams.

• Formulate treatment strategies for complex psychological cases.

• Ensure high-quality psychological services for patients and caregivers.

• Exercise professional responsibility for assessments and intervention plans.

Quality & Safety:

• Promote and maintain quality and patient safety standards.

• Adhere to infection control measures and environmental safety protocols.

• Maintain strict patient confidentiality.

• Ensure compliance with clinical audit processes and documentation requirements.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Education & Training:

• Participate in staff training and education programs.

• Contribute to orientation and mentoring of new employees.

• Maintain professional knowledge through training, seminars, and certifications.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.

• Current National License for psychological practice.

• Strong expertise in risk assessment, therapeutic interventions, and psychological consultations.

• Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams.

• Experience in clinical research, training, and quality assurance practices.
