Retrieve Mind Poly Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Dubai. This role involves working closely with patients to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of psychological issues. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing psychological assessments, administering psychological testing, and delivering individualized mental health counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations

• Administer and interpret psychological tests

• Provide evidence-based mental health counseling and therapy

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans

• Offer clinical supervision and mentorship to junior staff and interns

• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with ethical and legal standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven competency in clinical psychology, mental health therapy, and counseling psychology

• Expertise in conducting and interpreting psychological testing

• Ability to provide clinical supervision

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology or a related discipline

• Valid licensure or certification to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in the UAE

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clinical setting is mandatory
