The Clinical Provider will support clients’ mental health and personal growth on the Intellect telehealth platform through 60-minute video sessions. The role is remote, with flexible hours and is perfect for those seeking to supplement their current practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide telehealth/onsite mental health support to clients.

• Address clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.

• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform.

• Deliver 1-on-1 coaching and counselling sessions tailored to individual client needs.

Qualifications:

• Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling/Clinical Psychology.

• ICF Coaches must have at least 200 coaching hours.

• Counsellors and Clinical Psychologists must have at least 300 clinical hours post-graduation.

• Proficiency in English and the local language is required.

• Prior experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), counselling adults, or coaching managerial roles is a plus.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in coaching techniques and evidence-based therapies (e.g., Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
