Job Overview

As a Clinical Project Manager, you will be responsible for local management of clinical trials in the UAE. You will ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory standards while leading clinical operations from start-up through closeout. This sponsor-dedicated role is hybrid-based and involves coordinating with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage trial operations at the country level from initiation to closeout

• Collaborate with CTAs, Site Managers, and Trial Managers to ensure trial milestones are met

• Ensure trial compliance with local regulations, GCP standards, and SOPs

• Drive recruitment strategies and support site-level patient enrollment

• Maintain trial subject safety and data quality

• Attend or host local investigator meetings as needed

• Provide vendor management and budgeting oversight

• Monitor CAPA implementation for audits and inspections

• Maintain inspection readiness and develop therapeutic knowledge for assigned projects

• Ensure accurate financial reporting and resource utilization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related health field

• Minimum 2 years of clinical trial or trial management experience

• Fluent in Arabic and English

• Strong knowledge of clinical research operations and regulatory requirements

• Experience managing startup and operations of early-phase clinical trials is a plus
