Medworks Medical Equipment LLC is seeking a passionate and qualified Clinical Application Specialist (ENT & Orthopedics) to support its surgical device portfolio across top-tier hospitals and surgical centers in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain, UAE. This is a full-time, on-site role offering an excellent opportunity to be at the intersection of clinical care and medical technology innovation.

In this role, you will provide in-theatre support, conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals, and work closely with the commercial team to drive product adoption. The position is ideal for individuals with a background in nursing or life sciences, looking to make an impact in the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical & Technical Support

• Provide in-theatre/operating room support to ENT and Orthopedic surgeons on product usage (shavers, blades, scopes, coblation devices, knee replacement systems, and energy devices).

• Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and clinical evaluations.

• Serve as the primary technical contact for surgeons, nurses, and OT staff.

• Ensure safe, effective usage of surgical products through continuous clinical support and follow-up.

Training & Education

• Train surgeons, nurses, and OT staff on product features and best practices.

• Develop and deliver clinical presentations, workshops, and onboarding modules.

• Support Key Opinion Leader (KOL) initiatives and surgeon-to-surgeon learning platforms.

Collaboration with Sales & Commercial Teams

• Work closely with sales teams to ensure successful product evaluations and adoption.

• Provide clinical feedback and insights for product development, tenders, and launches.

• Capture surgeon feedback and share insights with marketing and product teams.

Compliance & Reporting

• Maintain accurate clinical records, evaluation reports, and post-market surveillance (PMS) data.

• Ensure all activities are compliant with regulatory and ethical guidelines.

• Support documentation and reporting standards as per company policy.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related healthcare field.

• 2–4 years of clinical support experience in ENT, Orthopedics, or surgical devices.

• Practicing nurses looking to transition into medical devices are encouraged to apply.

• Prior exposure to OT environments or surgical procedures preferred.

• Strong communication and presentation skills; proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Willingness to travel frequently across Abu Dhabi & Al Ain.

• UAE Driving License preferred.
