Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring high standards in service, hygiene, and patient care.

• Lead and motivate a team of clinical and non-clinical staff to achieve business and sales targets.

• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure cost efficiency.

• Maintain accurate patient records and compliance with industry regulations.

• Handle supplier relationships, external agencies, and clinic inventory management.

• Address customer complaints professionally, ensuring patient satisfaction and retention.

• Prepare management reports and business performance analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience in clinic management (aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetic surgery, or high-end healthcare).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Expertise in finance, budgeting, and sales-driven business strategies.

• A graduate degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Highly professional, well-presented, and an excellent communicator.
