Mediclinic Group is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee operations at its Fertility Day Care Centre in Dubai. This role focuses on enhancing service levels, managing daily operations, driving business growth, and ensuring a high-quality patient experience. The ideal candidate will have healthcare management experience and a strong understanding of UAE healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the clinic team effectively.

• Oversee financial processes to ensure sustainable growth and development.

• Implement and monitor business development initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.

• Optimize patient experience and operational efficiency.

• Manage and engage doctors to support collaboration, retention, and high standards of care.

• Build and maintain positive working relationships with staff and doctors.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Management.

• 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or junior management role in healthcare.

• Experience in revenue cycle management, patient administration, and customer service preferred.

• Prior experience in IVF or fertility clinics is desirable.

• Knowledge of accounting, financial management, and client service principles.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Understanding of quality management, governance standards, and UAE healthcare regulations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
