Mediclinic Group is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee and optimize Fertility Day Care Centre operations. The role focuses on managing daily clinic operations, enhancing service quality, building a strong referral base, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving sustainable business growth. The Clinic Manager will lead the team, manage financial processes, and maintain strong relationships with doctors to support high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Oversee financial processes and ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

• Implement and monitor business development initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and internal policies.

• Optimize patient experience and service delivery.

• Manage doctor engagement, relationships, and retention to maintain high standards of care.

• Build and maintain positive working relationships with doctors, supporting collaboration and alignment with clinic objectives.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Management.

• 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or junior management role within healthcare.

• Experience in revenue cycle management, patient administration, and customer service is preferred.

• Previous experience in IVF centre management is desirable.

• Knowledge of accounting and financial management principles.

• Understanding of quality management and governance standards.

• Familiarity with UAE healthcare industry and regulatory framework.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
