We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Manager to lead the launch and oversee the operations of our new clinic in Dubai. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for end-to-end clinic management, including marketing, sales, partnerships, team leadership, and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful setup and launch of the Symmetry clinic in Dubai, ensuring all operational systems are in place and optimized.

• Drive patient acquisition through strategic marketing initiatives and outreach campaigns.

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure top-tier patient service and satisfaction.

• Build strategic partnerships and manage key external relationships.

• Develop and implement short- and long-term growth strategies aligned with business goals.

• Set and monitor performance KPIs related to operations, sales, and patient care.

• Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing clinical and administrative team.

• Collaborate closely with Symmetry’s leadership to align with company vision and expansion goals.

• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and quality standards.

Key Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of the UAE healthcare market, especially Dubai.

• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

• Proven experience in launching and managing healthcare clinics or centers.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.

• Business-savvy with strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
