With 20% market share in UAE’s K-12 segment and expansion across the GCC, Zenda is looking for a Client Success Manager to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and engagement with key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage client onboarding, implementation, and training.

Act as the primary point of contact, fostering strong client relationships.

Drive product adoption, maximize retention, and increase engagement.

Resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Analyze customer success metrics and suggest improvements.

Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and strategies.
Job Requirements:

5+ years of experience in key account management or client-facing roles.

Strong verbal & written communication skills.

Analytical and process-driven mindset.
-
Technical knowledge of SaaS solutions (preferred).

Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
-
Startup experience is a plus.
