Zenda, a leading education-focused fintech company, is revolutionizing school payments by digitizing collections, automating reconciliations, and offering flexible payment plans. With 20% market share in UAE’s K-12 segment and expansion across the GCC, Zenda is looking for a Client Success Manager to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and engagement with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client onboarding, implementation, and training.

  • Act as the primary point of contact, fostering strong client relationships.

  • Drive product adoption, maximize retention, and increase engagement.

  • Resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

  • Analyze customer success metrics and suggest improvements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in key account management or client-facing roles.

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.

  • Analytical and process-driven mindset.

  • Technical knowledge of SaaS solutions (preferred).

  • Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.

  • Startup experience is a plus.
