About the Role:
M&M Real Estate is seeking an experienced and highly organized Client Liaison Officer to manage the client journey from deal closure to property handover in the off-plan property sector. As the key point of contact, you will ensure seamless communication between clients, agents, finance, legal teams, and developers, supporting long-term client engagement and satisfaction. Your role is crucial in maintaining transparency, tracking client progress, and optimizing the after-sales process via Salesforce (SF) and other CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Closed-Won Deals

Congratulate new clients on their property purchase and conduct agent performance surveys using a structured 1–10 scoring system.

Provide timely payment plan reminders and support clients with document verification and updates.

Maintain consistent engagement with clients every three months to share updates on the market and build rapport.

Liaise with the Finance team to confirm proof of payment and update Salesforce records.
✅ Closed-Lost Deals

Audit lost deals to uncover reasons for inactivity or client withdrawal.

Confirm agent due diligence was conducted before marking deals as lost.

Reactivate viable leads and coordinate with managers to reassign opportunities where appropriate.
✅ Employee Offboarding & Handover

Oversee lead reassignment and ensure smooth offboarding of staff while communicating changes to clients.

Identify unresolved service or financial issues, working with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
✅ CRM & Reporting

Keep Salesforce CRM fully updated with accurate client and deal data.

Manage follow-up ticketing systems for client engagement and deal health checks.

Generate performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in off-plan property sales or a client-facing role within real estate.

Deep understanding of Dubai’s off-plan development process, including payment plans, legal documentation, construction stages, and handovers.

Skilled in CRM systems such as Salesforce, with strong administrative and reporting skills.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of managing high-value clients in a professional and timely manner.

Client-first mindset with the ability to balance stakeholder needs and resolve conflicts effectively.

Currently based in the UAE and available for full-time, office-based work.
Salary Package:
AED 7,000 per month (inclusive of all fixed allowances)
