IFZA Dubai, a leading and dynamic free zone community in the UAE, is seeking a Client Engagement Manager fluent in Spanish or Portuguese to join their high-performing team. This role involves driving sales of IFZA licenses and services, fostering long-term client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal departments to meet and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales initiatives and consistently achieve or surpass targets

Build strong, transparent relationships with clients and partners

Address client concerns and deliver exceptional service, especially during critical situations

Lead business development strategies to generate new leads and professional collaborations

Actively participate in CRM activities, sales meetings, and continuous training
-
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to ensure clients are informed throughout the process
Candidate Requirements:

4–10 years of experience in sales and client relationship management
-
Proven track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Full fluency in English, plus fluency in either Spanish or Portuguese

Strong CRM proficiency and results-driven mindset
