Client Director/Mega Projects Sales

  • e& UAE is seeking a Client Director for Mega Projects Sales to lead sales initiatives for large-scale projects. This role involves engaging with enterprise clients, delivering consultative sales, building strategic technology roadmaps, and driving high-value deals in the telecommunications and technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets for mega projects.

  • Identify and engage with potential enterprise clients, building strong relationships.

  • Present and demonstrate solutions to key stakeholders, including C-level executives.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions.

  • Provide consultative sales expertise to shape deals, including technology roadmaps, ROI analysis, and business cases.

  • Negotiate and close high-value deals to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales, with a focus on consultative sales or enterprise technology solutions.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to create technology roadmaps and business cases.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Bilingual in Arabic and English is preferred.

  • UAE National is preferred.
