Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity has opened with a renowned luxury sports equipment brand in Dubai. We are seeking a Client Advisor who is passionate about wellness, fitness, and high-end retail. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering a premium customer experience in-store.

• Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets consistently.

• Leverage in-depth product knowledge to guide customers and ensure tailored recommendations.

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to generate repeat business.

• Represent the brand at industry events and exhibitions, converting leads into clients.

• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain brand reputation.

• Maintain CRM records accurately and follow up with clients to drive loyalty.

• Uphold store presentation and merchandising standards aligned with brand image.

• Collaborate across retail and digital platforms for a seamless omni-channel experience.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail sales, ideally in sports, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

• Proven ability to meet sales goals and grow business through proactive outreach.

• Strong networking skills and understanding of the local luxury consumer market.

• Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and operational systems like SAP.

• Fluent in English; Arabic or Russian language skills are a major advantage.

• Passion for sport, wellness, and premium customer service.
