They are seeking a full-time Cleaning Supervisor in Dubai to manage daily cleaning operations, supervise staff, ensure adherence to standards, and liaise with clients to deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cleaning operations and manage cleaning staff.

• Ensure compliance with cleaning standards, protocols, and health & safety regulations.

• Schedule and train cleaning staff to maintain high-quality service.

• Liaise with clients to address and resolve service-related issues.

• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and implement improvements.

• Maintain documentation of cleaning activities and staff performance.

• Foster a safe, efficient, and organized working environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience supervising cleaning teams in commercial settings.

• Expertise in commercial cleaning practices and standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations.

• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team.

• Minimum high school diploma; additional certification in cleaning and sanitation is a plus.
