ENGIE Solutions Middle East is hiring a Skilled Cleaner to ensure buildings are maintained in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities include floor cleaning, trash disposal, restroom services, and ensuring the safety and security of the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, scrub, or vacuum building floors.

• Empty trash and clean restrooms.

• Use chemical cleaners and power equipment properly to avoid damage.

• Monitor building security and safety (lock doors, check electrical appliances).

• Notify managers of required repairs and maintenance.

• Requisition cleaning supplies and equipment.

• Set up for events by arranging tables, chairs, decorations, etc.

• Spray insecticides and fumigants for pest control.

• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.

• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.

• Mix water and detergents to prepare cleaning solutions.

• Steam-clean carpets.

Health and Safety (QSHE):

• Take reasonable care of your health and safety and avoid putting others at risk.

• Cooperate with company efforts to improve health and safety.

• Report accidents, injuries, or illnesses, and follow all safety guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

• Qualifications: Secondary School Certificate (High School Diploma/GED/A Levels).

• Previous experience: 3-15 years in a similar role.
